A distribution agreement of a total of 240 water filters during 2007 have been signed by Nedo and Trailblazers. Extended to 350 in total. Now delivered.

14.01.2007 Sarath Vin joins The White Bicycle Team
Sarath Vin, age 18 comes from Samrong village, about 20kilometer outside of Siem Reap. Sarath cycles to and from Siem Reap six times a week to attend highschool. He will be working for The White Bicycles on a work for school program, three times a week (about 12hours per week). The work for school program provide a fair salary and a scholarship at ACE (The Australian Center of Education) for a period of three years, until Sarath finishes highschool. The agreement is conditonal to Saraths effort at highschool and at ACE. After Sarath finishes highschool a university scholarship will be granted through NEDO, The Norwegian Educational Development Organisation.
